I am visiting from overseas and my laptop died all of a sudden. Thanks for Midland Computers, they saved all my data from old laptop and also bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them. I was back to work within a few hours. Very quick and efficient service, thank you so much.

Good blokes, but a bit steep on the price, literally went in there and told them exactly what was wrong with it (dead power supply) as I traced it back, reset cmos and individually removed everything piece by piece.Was still charged 80 for the diagnosis and 150 for the power supply (150 I'm all good with)Aside from that, blokes are great, somewhat quick at their job, so no other dramas.

Thanks for all the help in advising me on my new Intel NUC.I had gone around to all the other computer stores to view there products and speak to the sale person at each store but found the knowledgeable Technician at EC Mates helped me through my questions which then i was able to make a inform decision and decided to buy the NUC.I had a little set up problem but returned and the problem was sorted at no cost to me.Thanks again Gary

After struggling for some time trying to get my PC to stop freezing up on start-up, I called in to EC Mates in Midland. I realise now that I should have done this much sooner.
